Customer case: Producing cheese molds in 4 months, it is possible!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Let’s take the example of a major player in French cheese products. The idea was to create custom-made industrial molds to produce a mold that would preserve a cheese during its production. Ordered and developed in March, it was delivered 4 months later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-developed with our customer, this plastic product is very technical. The customer is very involved. He will follow the tooling at our selected supplier. For the maturing of the cheese and its drying, the evacuation of humidity, the criteria of demouldability, the zero defect is the rule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For our customer, there is no interruption in the production line. He knows that he can also call on us for other small complex series, if he needs versions, heights, or variations in the draining process for other cheese creations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
